Most people pull into Exxtra for gas. The regulars pull in for the bakagan: a whole pig's head, braised slowly until it falls apart in a thick, savory sauce. It's big enough for the whole barkada and starts at ₱350.
Then there's the kusahos. Mandaue is known for it, and ELIZ makes its own from sirloin, marinated overnight and dried in the sun. Eat it with garlic rice and egg, or buy a pack to take home.

The rest of the menu pulls favorites from around the country: sisig from Pampanga, chicken inasal from Bacolod, pares from Manila, plus the crispy house fried chicken regulars call "Eliz chicken".
You sit outside under the open sky. It's casual, the prices are fair, and they'll give you an official receipt for office orders.
